You are correct it is global results but Market Share do offer a paid version where you can filter based on locations.

Alternatively you could use Google Analytics to view the information based on the people visiting your clients site if it is set up. This would be an easy and free way of seeing which browsers your visitors are using.</description>

		<description>I assume the browser usage stats are, like all the others, worldwide (or just the US)? Do you know if it is possible to get stats for the UK only? Most of my customers are small UK based businesses and do not sell worldwide.</description>
