Facebook Becomes Third Most Visited Site in UK
Proving that there’s something in the saying ‘It’s good to talk’, Facebook has now overtaken eBay as the UK’s third most visited site with 2.75% of all UK Internet traffic in July according to Hitwise.
In another demonstration of multi-tasking, Facebook’s demographic profiles highlight females between the ages of 18-34 living in the South-East being the most likely culprits visitors.
Google UK remains in top spot with Windows Live Mail (Hotmail) ranked in second.
